Statement of the jury

As a fully electric, high performance SUV, the NIO ES6 carries the NIO family’s design language forward. The »X-Bar« above the front integrates the curved indicator lights with tinted daytime running lights. These, together with the front grill, the inclined D pillars, the sharp, straight window lines, streamlined rear lights and the shark-fin-shaped rear reflectors, all emphasise the elegance and sportiness of the ES6. Although it has barely hit the market, the NIO is increasingly succeeding in presenting itself as »the sporty electric car«.
